Here’s a screen shot of one of my To-Do Lists for the day.
If you take a look at my To-Do list above, it will be obvious that I have too many items on this list- BUT… that’s another post. Today I want to challenge some of the excuses I hear for not using a To-Do list. I also want to talk about why some people resist To-Do lists.

Why do YOU resist using a To-Do list? Here are the 3 main excuses I’ve heard from clients and friends through the years:

Too confining: “I don’t want to be a slave to a to-do list. I want to be free to create.”

The out-of-sight-out-of-mind excuse: “If I put that piece of paper or sticky note away I will forget to do it.”

Overwhelming: “My To-Do list is too long! I will never get it all done so I give up!”
May I just say… Baloney! Let me smash down these concerns:
