I have two great passions in life- organizing and creating! Few things give me more pleasure than fashioning an Exquisite wedding or party where the guests feel pampered and special.
My goal is to orchestrate an event where the food, the flowers, the tablescapes and the music enhance each other, resulting in a feast for the senses. I am an event stylist who in addition to your floral and decor needs, can also help plan and design your event. I will assist you as much or as little as you desire with decisions such as venue, catering, linens, music, photography, invitations and favors. I can custom design invitations, place cards, programs, table numbers and favors if needed.
Planning your wedding or event should be fun and stress free! Serving as your partner in this venture I will listen, advise, guide and support you through the entire process. Think of me as your personal assistant, your “go to” girl. My objective is to give my clients the highest level of customer service and hard work that they deserve and expect.

I find it exciting and energizing to take on a new wedding client and my creative juices start flowing as we meet for the initial consultation to discover and clarify the vision you have for your wedding and the scope of services you will require from me. I will ask many questions to get to know you: your likes and dislikes, your hobbies and activities, how you met your future spouse, what you like to eat etc. My goal is to discover your top priorities for your upcoming nuptials and clarify the vibe you are hoping for. Whether you want to hire me for full service planning, day-of coordinating or just a small intimate elopement or ceremony, we will start with this vital conversation.

Event Styling and Production
This is the fun part! With your venue, vision and vibe in mind I will conceive an event design that incorporates flowers, linens, displays, decor, lighting and food that is in keeping with your budget and priorities. I welcome your ideas and inspiration and I will pull from my own inventory as well as shop for the perfect details that will culminate in the wedding day of your dreams. Full service planning includes design and production but you can contract for design as an a la carte service. Design and styling services range from around $350.00 to $2500.00 and up depending on your event.
A la Carte Consultations
You may just need a few hours of guidance at the beginning of the planning process or perhaps you would like some one to make sure that you have covered all your bases. You might want a little design expertise or you may only need a point person the day of your event. If your needs are less than full service then I am happy to consult by phone, video call or at my office for an hourly fee of $75.00. I am also willing to arrive at a flat fee for a la carte services, especially for day-of and very small intimate affairs.
Full Service Planning and Production
When you hire me for full service you gain access to my full inventory at no additional charge, in addition to my energy, expertise and creativity. The definition of the word ‘exquisite’ is: adjective meaning: of rare excellence of production or execution of special beauty or charm, or rare and appealing excellence. My goal for each event that I plan is to embody the definition of ‘exquisite’ in all aspects of designing and coordinating that celebration. Outlined below is a list of what my planning process typically includes.

1-2 preliminary planning meetings including a visit to the venue.

I will assist you with creating a realistic budget and give you options for different price points.

I will customize an event style based on our agreed upon priorities, vision, and budget.

I generally create the reception florals as they will be my design. I contract for you with a separate florist for the personal flowers.

I provide email and phone support throughout the entire planning process.

I will give vendor recommendations and etiquette advice during the planning process.

Lists, lists and more lists. I will create many checklists that will keep us both on task and on schedule.

I will devise a comprehensive wedding day schedule distribute it to vendors and family.

I confirm contracts and schedule with all vendors prior to the event.

I attend the final walk-through with you at your venue and provide room diagrams, time lines etc. making sure all details are attended to.

I serve as point person throughout the day or days of the entire event allowing you to relax and enjoy the day.

I will orchestrate your rehearsal and ceremony (organize bridal party, cue musicians, work with officiate)

I provide assistance with setup of ceremony (unity candle, reserve signs, aisle runner, petals, etc)

I provide assistance with reception setup (favors, place cards, table numbers, candles, etc)

I will provide coordination of ceremony and reception events with your DJ or band.

I handle all setup and delivery scheduling (rentals, linens, decor, flowers, unique elements)

I handle transportation of special items from ceremony to reception.

I can distribute vendor payments and gratuities if desired.

I will pack up personal items at the end of the evening (bouquet, guest book, gifts, etc)

I will manage any emergencies or unexpected occurrences.
